Upcoming Special Event at Harbour Towne.

Stan Erdel (E905) and some of his former band mates will be playing music by the lower pool on Wednesday evening July 28, 2010 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Everyone in the Harbour Towne community is invited to come and enjoy the music. Those attending are responsible for their own drinks and are encouraged to bring a snack to share.

About Harbour Towne Owners' Association, Inc.

Harbour Towne's Executive Board meets quarterly at the Harbour Towne Club House, covering a broad range of topics relating to the ongoing maintenance, improvements and financial matters.   Residents are encouraged to attend and are welcome to address their concerns or make suggestions.  On an annual basis there is an Annual Homeowner Meeting held for the Executive Board to share project status, budgetary matters and address resident issues.  Elections are held to fill Executive Board positions.

Pressley Property Management is the contracted property management company for Harbour Towne effective January 1, 2010.   They take an active role in working with the Executive Board as well as responding to the needs and concerns of  individual homeowners.  Pressley Property Management can be reached at 573-365-2077.
