Harbour Towne Main Channel View from poolHarbour Towne is a well established 191 unit condominium development stretching along the North Shore of the Lake of the Ozarks between the one and two mile markers.  Constructed in the mid to late 1990s, this complex is well known for both it's attractive lake-front appearance and continuing high standards of property maintenance and upkeep. 

Harbour Towne condo units all enjoy gorgeous views of the lake's main channel.  For those with active lifestyles, there are two swimming pools, a tennis court, a paved lake-side walking path and a playground for children.

About Harbour Towne Owners' Association, Inc.

Harbour Towne's Executive Board meets quarterly at the Harbour Towne Club House, covering a broad range of topics relating to the ongoing maintenance, improvements and financial matters.   Residents are encouraged to attend and are welcome to address their concerns or make suggestions.  On an annual basis there is an Annual Homeowner Meeting held for the Executive Board to share project status, budgetary matters and address resident issues.  Elections are held to fill Executive Board positions.
